Payment
I am an out-of-network provider. I will provide you with a monthly superbill that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

Fees are collected at the time the services are rendered. Fees are currently $160/50-minute session.

All services are provided remotely through a HIPAA-compliant platform.

I work with clients located in Virginia and various countries around the world.

Confidentiality/Privacy
What you say in the session stays in the session. I will not pass along information you share with your coaches, parents, or employers.

Exceptions are made in the case of court orders, imminent harm to you or others in your circle, or you sign a release granting me permission to share.

Frequency
How often we meet will be an ongoing conversation between all parties and might change throughout our time working together.
